Sgaan Kinghlas (Bowie-Seamount) Agreement Randy Kamp, Parliamentary Secretary to the Honourable Loyola Hearn, Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, and Guujaaw, President of the Haida Nation signed an agreement to work together on developing the Bowie Seamount as a Marine Protected Area (MPA).
